At The Physio Studio, the safety of our clinicians and patients is our first priority. Thats is why we have maintained some of our new hygiene and working practices to reflect the challenges we face during the ongoing pandemic.

We continue to scrutinise all the latest advice from the government and our professional body (the CSP) and feel we are taking every step to implement their guidance.
​
There is now no need to wear a mask in the clinic. However, if you wish to do so, if you are wearing one on arrival or ask the reception team or physio to wear one, then we will be happy to do the same.
​
We now just ask you to be courteous to the team and cancel any appointments if you feel you may have covid symptoms.

We would like to let our patients know that even though the government now does not require us to use masks in public spaces, at the Physio Studio, we are continuing to use personal protective equipment in our clinic as it is advised for health care settings.

We kindly ask that all patients visiting us for treatment continue to also wear a mask whilst in the treatment room with your physiotherapist. We feel this is the best way to protect each other. Thank you for your understanding.

Following tonight's government announcement of a second National Lockdown, we would like to reassure you that our doors will still be open to care for you as the government has agreed that patients can continue with their medical appointments. However, in light of the higher transmission rates of this newer strain, if you would prefer to be seen 'online' or cancel or reschedule any existing appointment, then we fully understand and will be happy to arrange this. Of course, as always, if you have any concerns or queries about your general health or COVID status then please cancel your appointment.

Since re-opening in May, our new ways of working using our 'lights in the window' entry system and gaps between appointments, together with our robust cleaning protocols have helped to make your time in the clinic is as COVID-19 secure as possible.
We feel confident that these safety measures are working well for both patients and our physio team so we can continue welcoming you if you do feel you need to seek treatment. Therefore, any appointments you already have booked in future or any new patients who may need us through this second full National lockdown can still attend.

We feel confident that these safety measures are working well for both patients and our physio team so we can continue working normally in the coming months as we are a 'key service'. Therefore, any appointments you already have booked in future or any new patients who may need us through this second lockdown can still attend.
