What is Pilates?

The principles of the Pilates method are concentration, control, centering, flow of movement, precision and breathing. These principles are key to all movement patterns, whether it is learning to walk again after knee surgery, improving sports performance, or retraining normal movement after an episode of back pain.

Equipment Pilates

Mike and reformer Equipment Pilates uses a sophisticated system of springs that offers a combination of support and resistance. It is one of the most efficient ways of strengthening weak, and stretching tight, specific muscle groups and helps to restore flexibility and fitness more quickly.

We can offer 1:1 sessions or small group sessions (max 3) using our Pilates studio equipment on request.
